SETUP FEES:
A one-time setup charge per logo will apply. If a same logo is used at 2nd location
- no charge. If different logo is used at 2nd location, additional charges will apply.
If artwork/logo is changed on reorder, there will be a charge per changed
logo. No setup fee on stock HitchLight.
ARTWORK:
Camera-ready or electronic artwork is preferred. A clean black and white logo
may be accepted. If further cleanup on artwork is necessary a one-hour minimum charge will be applied.
PRINTING:
Custom printing available. Multiple color print available on most products.
PRODUCTION
TIME:
Allow 8-12 weeks after receipt of proof approval. Rush orders available on some items - call for pricing.
REPEAT ORDERS:
No charge for artwork if there are no changes from original order
SAMPLES:
Sample products may be purchased. Call for pricing. If
sample is returned to us within 15 days in saleable condition with shipping
box, a refund will be made (less shiping cost). An invoice will be included
with sample.
WARRANTY:
All products carry a one year limited warranty on defects of merchandise for
normal use only. Sideline Chair frames (metal parts only) are warranted
for ten (10) years against defects due to normal wear. Deluxe Sideline Chair frames (metal parts only) are warranted
for fifteen (15) years against defects due to normal wear.
SHIPPING:
UPS if not otherwise specified. FOB New Century, KS.
TERMS:
Based on credit approval.
TRADEMARKS:
We assume no responsibility for determining who holds the title of the trademark.
All liabilities rest with the customer.
CANCELLATIONS:
All orders are non-cancelable after artwork has been approved and order is placed into production.
